Expansion and modernization of this Italianate American Four-Square for a young family. With proper respect to the wonderful aspects of the existing building, this historic home was modernized within the style of the original home. A full dig out of the basement provided proper ceiling heights for a new rec room with a vintage soda fountain rumored to have hosted Elvis in its original home.
