Fortuitous timing of this gut-renovated Kitchen & Dining Room provided a large open and varied spaces to work from home. The original vintage Kitchen had been smartly updated but was cut off from the flow of the home, creating pinch points while entertaining.
In addition to a completely new kitchen, new french doors to the deck and new windows bring in signifcantly more light into the space. New seating over the existing radiator provides a cozy perch in the winter and new built in cabinetry along the west wall provides additional kitchen storage as well as homes for devices. Charging outlets were provided in the drawers.
Note the antiqued St. Andrews Honed island top and the butcher block top on the back wall of cabinetry; this client didn't mind that their countertops would patina as the space is used. And this is definitely a working kitchen.
