This vintage Lake Shore Drive Cooperative is savvy enough to understand the current trend towards increased amenities to remain competitive to other comparable buildings. Rather than just repaint walls of their Fitness Center, they asked about the possibilities of an addition and also the potential to utilize the roof of their parking structure for rooftop terraces and outdoor space.
Kaufman O'Neil provided them with conceptual design plans based on their vision. We also consulted with contractors to provide budget estimates to ensure that design is rooted in reality.
