Clarified circulation and redefined living spaces ultimately required significant interior and exterior rework of a prior addition to this grand American Four-Square. The new working Kitchen is directly connected to the Family Room and was designed to host frequent large gatherings of family and close friends. The Kitchen work zones were carefully planned to allow entertaining and preparation to occur in the same space at the same time. The Bar location allows the tender to stay out of the way of the chef while never losing an eye of the Tarheels game on the TV over the fireplace. A new Primary Suite with Primary Bath and Walk In Closets provide respite and retreat for the Owners to find peace and quiet.
