Addition by Subtraction.
Sometimes the most important work is to reveal the original beauty of a home; whether the original layout or revealing long ago hidden moldings. Little documentation remained of this Pre-War Co-Op building but the owner was committed to restoring this gem while updating to make it his own. The renovation included significant updates to the mechanical systems as well as new windows in choice locations. Working with an interior designer so in tune with the client is rare as well.
