Interior renovation of a condominium lobby and common corridors. In addition to a refreshing of the finishes, the ground floor plan was examined with a focus on security and efficiency of circulation for residents and services.

Typical Corridor
Elevator cabs were refreshed as well with more durable surfaces. With no dedicated service elevator, the two elevators experience more usage, wear and tear than typical resident elevators.
