No trolls under these stairs. This basement renovation will be home to sleep overs as well as late nights listening to vinyl and sipping various spirits. Work included lowering the floor slab to increase ceiling height, a stained concrete radiant slab to ensure warmth in the winter, a play room, arts and crafts area, a new full bath, new laundry room, reused doors and hardware, and a new Wine Storage Room.
