Man-made and natural material interplay lent warmth to this modern home. Extensive millwork serves as backdrop to a one of a kind art collection. Stained concrete floors were engineered to meet acoustic requirements which allowed the unique material to be used in this high-rise building. Joints required for building movement were highlighted, not hidden, with exposed metal trim that worked with the finish palette.
