This 500 Unit Rental building is located on the same site as the unbuilt Peshtigo condominium. Related Midwest solicited Kaufman O’Neil’s input to establish prototype Kitchen and Bath designs for the apartments.
Kaufman O’Neil researched and proposed a palette of finishes, fixtures and appliances to match the desired aesthetic and worked with vendors and suppliers to meet the targeted project budget.
